These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") are entered into on the one hand by the company Sticky and kawaii with a capital of €200, whose registered office is located at 75 Boulevard Lafayette, 62100 Calais, France , registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Boulogne-sur-Mer under number 94337297900014 (hereinafter "the Seller") and managing the website stickyandkawaii.eu , and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the online store stickyandkawaii.eu . Purchasing a product through this website implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2. Products

Article 3. Prices

The prices shown on the product pages are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes, taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order . Article 4. Ordering and Payment

• Delivery times: Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days . Shipping times are estimates only.

• Transfer of risk: Risk passes to the Customer from the moment the products leave the company's premises. The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the goods upon delivery.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal.

• Returns: Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Exception: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Article 7. Guarantees
