At Sticky & Kawaii , we prepare every order with love and a touch of magic. Here's everything you need to know about the journey of your future stickers and accessories to your door!

🚚 Delivery

1. Zones and fares

We are happy to deliver to the following areas:

  • Metropolitan France: from €2

  • European Union: Calculated at the time of payment

  • Rest of the world: Calculated at checkout

2. Preparation times

Once your order is confirmed, we need 1 to 3 business days to prepare it carefully. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves my workshop in Calais.

3. Shipping Methods

We work primarily with:

  • La Poste (Lettre Suivie): Ideal for small stickers, delivered directly to your mailbox.

  • Colissimo / Mondial Relay: For larger orders.

Note: Carrier delivery times are generally 2 to 5 days for France.

🎀 Returns and Exchanges

1. Right of withdrawal

If you change your mind (it happens!), you have 14 days after receiving your package to notify us and request a return.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted, the article must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unglued).

  • In its original packaging .

  • Please include your order number.

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned.

3. How do I make a return?

  1. Send us a sweet little message to stickyandkawaii@gmail.com specifying your order number.

  2. Once authorization is received, return the product to the following address:

    Sticky & Kawaii 75 Boulevard Lafayette 62100 Calais, France

  3. Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .

If your package arrives damaged or there's an error with your stickers, don't worry! Contact us immediately with a photo of the problem at stickyandkawaii@gmail.com and we'll find a solution together.
